Making a Difference with your Online Presence: A Conversation with Sheena Cartwright

In this video we are joined by Sheena Cartwright, an experienced Organisation Development Consultant and Change leader with 30 years’ experience of working in and with blue chip organisations. In her corporate career she worked for The John Lewis Partnership, Mars Inc, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Vodafone and Alexander Mann Solutions where she held a variety of roles across Learning, Organisation Development and HR in the UK, Europe and North America.
Today, Sheena gives us timely and practical information on how to make a difference with our online presence while being grounded in OD principles. Sheena kindly shares a range of tools and software she has used while designing engaging meetings and conversations virtually. Biography
Sheena is an experienced Organisation Development Consultant and Change leader with 30 years’ experience of working in and with blue chip organisations. She completed the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioural Science Certificate in Organisation Development in 2012 and the iGOLD (International Gestalt in Organisations and Leadership) programme in 2018. She is a member of NTL and ODN Europe.
In her corporate career she worked for The John Lewis Partnership, Mars Inc, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Vodafone and Alexander Mann Solutions where she held a variety of roles across Learning, Organisation Development and HR in the UK, Europe and North America.
In 2013, she set up her own Organisation Development Consultancy specialising in leadership, engagement and change in large corporates. Her client assignments have included global transformations, post-merger integration, team development programmes and executive coaching.
