1.  We design and deliver specific OD education programmes for all levels of practitioners - from Novice to              experienced.  We offer these programmes both in-house or as external offerings

2.  We bring new ideas and organise development and reflective one off events to experienced OD practitioners         to do their integrative work.

3.  We care about the entry level of OD professionals - we design simple and short courses for them to explore          whether OD is the right profession for them.

4.  We provide in depth group supervision for OD practitioners (5 times a year in the same cohort) for groups          around 6-8 members.

5. We run an assessment and development centre for internal OD practitioners.
