Biography
Julie Beedon and VISTA have made whole system engagement their USP for 25 years. Julie has worked with many of the pioneers in the field and has been trained in many diverse approaches. She has studied large group dynamics to gain an understanding of the evidence for what makes whole systems work together productively. Julie believes that there is no limit to what you can achieve with a large group of people given the right planning and time for the process. She combines her whole system engagement ability with a vast toolkit of organisational design and development tools. Julie first used LGIs 1992 in the UK Employment Service on a pioneering transformation, which involved all 5,000 people in the region and achieved extraordinary successes. Julie has consulted on large scale events and change across the World with Oil Companies, UK Cabinet Office, BBC, UK National Health Service, a range of manaufacturing Companies and many Communities. Julie is a Director of the NTL ODC Programme based in the UK and teaches on several of the modules.
